well for Ruby. Venusaur, Ampharos, Tyranitar, Typhlosion, Pidgeot, Feligatr. Notice how u dont see any Legendary Poemon :P

I never really had a team for Silver - I usually used three Pokémon which worked really well together, and battled mainly on Stadium. :) These three were Zapdos, Snorlax and Tentacruel.

In FR/LG, I plan to have a team with Lapras, Aerodactyl, Zapdos/Ampharos, Snorlax (I've had him in all my teams, so it's a tradition :D) and maybe Claydol and Hitmonlee.
