whats your most usefull (sorry for spelling errors) pokemon mine has to be a liloone at level 50 with surf, strengh, rock smash and cut (its my HM tool!)

My most useful Pokemon in a battle would have to be my Lv57 Metagross(Adamant natured, EV trained in attack, and 31 Attack IV). It is very strong. And outside of battle, my most useful Pokemon would have to be my Flash and Strength Electrike.

Hmm, I'd take out Hydro Pump, and go to the move maniac to teach it Recover. If you don't have any Heat Scales left, you can always catch Luvdisc holding them, although it's sort of rare.

Well I dont really need Recover. My Milotic is lvl 86 and I have plenty of full restores. So yeah. :)

Mew for an HM slave.....? Mew is incredibly strong with good all around stats, you should use it for battle not HMs. But whatever suits you..

I think, my Most Usefull pokemon in Pokemon ruby is ralts(My second pokemon, after mudkip-given by prof.brich), then I evolved it into gardevoir and I raised it into lv.100!

tropius (fly, flash, rock smash, cut)
sharpedo (surf, strength, waterfall, dive)

i can go anywhere just by using their services.

but the closest to this description wouls be my linoone
with strenght, rock smash,and his stealing attack.I have Two of them...one at level 50 and another at lv 65...
and i found he's special power usefull to.
