There's no sprites it's 3D! Deoxy is a bunch of polygons with color. ;)

If you don't want to cheat, you can get Jirachi from the Pokemon Colosseum bonus disk, and Deoxys from Pokemon Fire Red/ Leaf Green.

I take it you didn't know that Colloseum has a code which deletes the memory on hacked cartridges? :cool:

...eh? How can the disc tell your cartridge's been hacked? o_O I should be able to cover my tracks by giving pokemon only moves they can learn, catching them in the correct locations, at the right levels, etc... that's sort of malicious of nintendo, don't you think?

actually, the guy who uploaded Deoxys onto his Colosseum game uploaded the one from FR/LG...it seems that they are compatible with colosseum too.

Does this file-deletion program delete the save on a hacked R/S cart or a hacked Colosseum memory card? I've used my hacked cart many times without any problems (except some of the hacked pokemon won't work). I haven't tried any Action Replay codes for Colosseum yet, but I doubt they will cause any major problems.

If anybody can tell me why some of my hacked pokemon don't work while others do, I'd be glad to know. Maybe the game looks at their EVs and makes sure that they aren't over whatever that cap is....hmm....that's something to test.

The game does indeed look at the EVs of pokemon being registered, and if they're over 510 it blocks them saying "some pokemon don't meet the rules". Does anyone know if you can trade pokemon with hacked EVs into story mode? Would Deoxys work in this way? If you could that would allow you to at least see it.

Don't worry about file deletion. My file wasn't deleted. I found out that you can't use Deoxys in Colosseum when I tried to register mine from Ruby. You can use Jirachi, though.

Colloseum does prevent certain hacked pokemon into the game. But i think it only applies to their stats. I've been allowed to bring my Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur into the game, but my friend who used an action replay code to max the stats on his team wasn't allowed to. It wouldn't even look at his game, so i'm guessing it wouldn't work in story mode either.

Anyways, I used my Meganium and Feraligatr (I used a cheat device to make them catchable in Ruby) with the rest of my Pokemon (Blaziken, Castform, Kecloen, and Wobbuffet) into Colesseum, and Meganium and Feraligator played well with all the other Pokemon on Mt. Battle. *an exceedingly long number of Pokemon are on a crumpled heap on the floor*

yeah but if u have a Deoxys in R/S form, it won't be able to be sent into Colosseum because it's impossible to catch it in the R/S form without using a cheat device.

I'm thinking that Colosseum couldn't block Deoxys for anything other than hacked IVs/DVs. Reason being that if Deoxys is indeed catchable in FR/LG, then you could trade it to R/S and play it that way. Unless FR/LG doesn't allow you to trade Deoxys out to R/S, then a Deoxys with normal stats in R/S should be able to be used. (I haven't tried this, will attempt soon)
