If I'm on and no one else is, PM me and I'll notice it quicker. Reports don't pop up on my screen but PMs do... so if I'm the only S-Mod + on, then PM the problem, don't report it.

Obviously if someone like Jake is on, then do whatever the heck you like.

Assuming we're referring to the 'eat your wheaties' guy (who has now a tendancy to create names other than that) then yeah, i IP banned him after i made the last post in this thread (i had to ban another 4 accounts of his and i'd had enough). However, for one or two accounts he has used changeable IPs so he may come back.

umm... well if he has different IP's, there really is no way to tell if it's really him except checking his ISP... but if he can mix that too, the only way you can tell is if he tells you or if you use your common sense. :P my thoughts? anybody who has this much time on their hands should be ignored. just ignore his posts, the admins will get rid of him. just my opinion, of course.
