SA, he said free. -_-;; That usually means they're unwilling to pay, or they just can't. So linking to your topic is pretty much useless.
On topic... =\ I don't know of any free hosts like that. I know of a few with PHP or CGI, but not of any with both. ^_^;

I know of one. It's Xplosiv-Hosting (http://xplosiv-hosting.com).
They offer MYSQL, PHP, and CGI and has a CPanel. You have to sign up on the forums. Sign up maybe canceled, but I not absoluty sure.
