Another cool character in the anime was Sojiro.

The fact that he became a wanderer after being an assassin is interesting to think about.

I just saw Samurai X: Betrayal and Samurai X: Reflection, they are totally awesome.

So, I am about to spend $400+ on the entire Kenshin collection plus a reverse blade sword, I hope I won't regret it.

That's right, it's Sojiro. Shishio is strong too but I like Sojiro better.

I don't know about this one either, they havn't really shown any good fights that doesn't involve Kenshin, the exception for me is Sanosuke vs Anji. Saito and Aoshi did keep Shishio busy but that was a weak fight.

Do you think Kenshin would have lost to Shishio if Shishio hadn't caught fire?

I don't really know but if he had turned back into the Hitokiri it would have been a cool fight.

Me and you(Rai) are the only ones keeping this club alive.

Uhh, spoilers?











It is in reflection when Yahiko goes to get Kenji to come back when Kaoru is sick and Kenji doesn't want to come back so he fights Yahiko and Yahiko beats him with the Sakabato Kenshin had given him. After the defeat Kenji realizes he underestimated Kenshin's strength as a swordsmen and returns home. ~ End spoilers.




In the manga Kaoru says that Yahiko is already stronger than Kenshin was at his age which = he is very strong.

Yahiko was stronger than Kenny? O-o Wow! Then Yahiko must have been very very strong o.o;

Yes, it is pretty amazing especially at his age. When Yahiko tells Kaoru to teach him the final techniques of the Kamiya Kasshin Kaoru says that she won't because he is already stronger than Kenshin was at his age (10) but then she says that he will teach him if he does the sideways arm-crossing motion of the Hadome ten thousand times before he teaches him. Yahiko actually does it (I guess) and Kaoru teaches him and he finds out that he could do it much faster and better than Kaoru. Yahiko even makes up his own style of fighting when he fuses his technique and Kenshin's(Hiten Mitserugi Ryu) into one.

The point was that he is very very strong but I think Kenji might be faster, Kenji is Kenshin's son afterall.

And, Yes Kenji should be fast. Kenny is so fast it is scary 0.0

It is kind of crazy that Sojiro is even faster than Kenshin when using Sukuchi. Sojiro is very similar to Okita form Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal but Sojiro is way better, he is the only one to block the ultimate attack of the Hitsen Mitserugi Ryu which means he is unbelievably fast.

Yeah one of my old neighbors burned me the movie on 5 different dvds and all of them didn't work and I was so upset all I really got to see was when they attacked Kenshins school

Those are very good. They tell about Kenshin's past and his days after he defeated Shishio too. I don't like the ending of Reflection.

Fullmetal Alchemist is very popular right now, it's a great anime. I also liked the original Gundam series a lot. Digimon was good for a while too. Rurouni Kenshin will always be my favorite though.

I remember him he was one of my favorite people Kenshin has faught. Hopefully I'll get to see him fight again since I started downloading the episodes to see them over again. Right now I'm up to where Kenshin faces Aoshi.

That's Seta Soujirou, he's the second strongest in the Juppongotena(sp) and he's the only character faster than Kenshin, he becomes a wanderer like Kenshin after Kenshin defeats Shishio.

Since i was done with naruto episodes I decided to refresh my memory with Kenshin and started that. Plus I wanted to make some AMV's out of it too XD

No I don't I get my episodes from the torrents and I was planning on getting the ova's after I finished the series and burn them to dvd.

If you mean the torrents I get them from alot of places I just normally type in Kenshin torrents in search and the yshow up.

Maybe that's what I'll do from now on. Are you really going to download all 90+ episodes? You should just download up to where the fillers start, that's still like 60+.

I never really liked Cho, he got absolutely owned by Kenshin, he dissapointed me, especially since he's a part of the Jupongottena(sp). He will always look like a broom to me.

Soujirou on the other hand totally pwns. He's my second favorite character, the only person cooler than him is Kenshin.

yea I just saw him in the episodes a days ago it was messed up. One he was beat by Kenshin in pretty much one move after all the stuff blocking Kenshins attacks were gone and two he was going to kill a baby to try out a new sword and that's not right.

My favorite character is Shishio! If it wasn't for him burning up he would have beat Kenshin.

Yeah, Cho is pretty weak, he was owned by Kenshin. Shishio is strong but Kenshin could've beat him even without Shishio burning up, Kenshin was a little tired and Shishio cheated too.

Now that it came up, who do you think are the top five strongest or skilled. Seijuro Hiko doesn't count since most people put him first.

Yes, I was going to say that those were interchangable, I also think that Aoshi is pretty overrated, don't get me wrong though, he's an excellent fighter but I just think he's overrated.

A lot of people want to kill Kenshin because he was the legendary manslayer, why do they all think they're so good when they're not. Shishio is the only one who really beat him up pretty bad, Enishi did an OK job. I forgot about Enishi, this changes my list.

Well there's a reason for that, Enishi is only on the OVA: Reflection, he's the rother of a certain someone from Trust and Betrayal, I won't ruin it for you though.

Yeah I knew that I read an artice on it and I have betrayal on dvd my neighbor made it for me years ago it just wouldn't play but ow that i can use the divx player I can watch it

Yes, I wonder if someday Rurouni Kenshin will be considered a classic and one of the great animes of its time. #1 in there, it was the 2nd most rated and popular show when it was airing on CN and it just won the #1 anime here at PC, great great anime in my eyes.

It took GB's off your hard drive? It didn't even take one off of mine, it almost did though, 977 MB for Trust and Betrayal, if you add up all the files in my Kenshin folder it comes up to over 4 GB and I still need to get the movie.

yeah I have episodes 1-60 and that like 5gb or more but hopefully I can put these to dvd like I am Naruto.

This guy is very good at fighting, he uses his own style that is a mix between japanese and chinese styles. He gives Kenshin quite a beating in a short amount of time, the battle is awesome. I have an AMV of it, do you want to see?
