Scariest zelda Monster

What was the scariest monster in zelda to you? For me its a tie between Redeads and Wallmasters... Freaking creepy.

*flails* omg, the ReDeads. REDEADS. D: *shudders* No matter how many times I run into them, I always get the creeps. Scares me even more when it just... zooms in and it jumps on you. That shriek was seriously unsuspected, aswell....C_c; Maybe I'm just a whimp at times, but still.

I don't know about freaky, but Ganon's final form in Ocarina of Time was massive, and cool. Two crooked swords, all good.

I hate those spiders in that huge tree at the beginning of Ocarina of Time...And The weird skeleton things that pop out of the ground and attack you when you're outside Hyrule at night... *shudders*

Anyway...

OoT/MM ReDeads for sure. TWW's ReDeads don't have any scare factor and they sound like elephants. I think MM had lots of scary badies, it concentrated a lot more on death toward the end of the game.

From MM, I think one of the scariest would be Gomess.

I can't remember the name, but it has to be the four-armed corpse that burrows underground in the well in OoT that can grab Link with its arms, pop up, and sink its teeth into him. It makes redeads look like cute, furry animals.

ReDeads. Definitely ReDeads. They used to scare me SO much when I first got the game. I couldn't go get the Sun's Song by myself. I had to get my friend to do it for me because I was SO scared of those things.

ReDeads.Let me repeat that again so everyone can read it.ReDeads!They are the most freaky Zelda monster in history.The only games i'm not freaked out when i see them is in the GBA Zelda games.Imagine the horror when in SSBM, I was Pichu and in adventure mode, was ambushed by Like-Likes and ReDeads, while constanly hearing and seeing ReDeads.Or in WW when one appeared in Outset Island at the beginning of the game because of a glitch.

The "four armed well baddie", is called Dead Hand if I remember correctly. Yeah...I think the head was more scarier then the hands though. :\

Did you finish the game? There are ReDeads, they just look different now. They have ear-rings, are green, have a giant head, are much more limp, and make elephant sounds.

redeads? im not scared of them. what does scare me is the spikes in the water temple. soon as they get too close, i turn the n64 off. they make me very scared. so how am i gonna get the map for the water temple?

Hmmmm... I can't remember most of their names. I'll just base them off Dungen and game. Since I suck at Zelda games, I'll just rate what I've gotten up to.

In Zelda, Ocarina of Time, I suck so much, I've only resently defeated the third boss. The Water one. Which was the scariest (not to mention hardest) boss. I did see my friend defeated Ganon (first and second). He was very scary when he was "Ganon".

In Wind Waker, I'm stuck in the Earth Temple. I think the third Dungen (Tower of the Gods) boss is the scariest. He... It's also the most frustrating one.

Of course, since all the bosses are big and life-threatening, I find them all scary. ^_^

I've been playing MM and Oot and I would think redeads,Twinmold,and Gyorg.Redeads are like,really freaky,when they ee you,you get paralyzed from their grusome shriek and then they suck out your life!It's freaky.Twinmold because it's huge!I hate things that go under ground for a secret attack!And those big pinchers and nasty eyes,ahh.They're easy to beat but they're just so huge without the giant's mask.Gyorg because it's also huge.I hate things that swim under water and have huge mouths like Jaws,I always have nightmares about stuff like that,they just eat you and swallow in one gulp!!!It scares me alot!!!

EDIT:And,if you've ever seen the pics from the guide book,redeads are freaky,they've got drool and huge teeth!It's so creepy!Oh,and Ghot(I forgot how to spell it),his face looks like some old guy to me,don't know why.

what you dont get a temple before battling majoras mask
you go to the moon and if you have all the mask you get
the fierce diety mask

Another scary monster are the Dexihands.They grab you from under water and toss you around like a rag doll.

Ya,they're pretty freaky.Also,bio dekubabas(I think that's what they're called) are pretty scary.When You're under water,they pop off they're stems and charge after you!I always got scared off the original ones too,especially the drawn pic in the guide book!Ahh.
Also,Igos du Ikana,the king of Ikana,is freaky!!!He'll pop his head off that can cling to you and suck your life while your trying to also dodge the blows from his massive sword on his body.He also has poisonous breath.
Another story I'ld like to share:
Once,I blew the whole in the roof of the tower to let light in and I jumped in.It was the room with dancing redeads and I forgot to equip th mummy mask.I freaked out running around in a circle and the automatically dropped dead.I remebered I had th mirror shield and it got better.

I assume you're talking to me.

Yes, I do consider the Oracle Series to be cannon. Nintendo was involved in the project, unlike those CD-i games - which are NOT canon, more importantly...Miyamoto was involved. I'm not sure what you mean by "to what plot" though.

My theories usually have ALttP, Oracle Series, LA in that order and all featuring the same Link.

Ganon is "completely destroyed" in ALttP, thus making him able to be revived in the Oracle Series. At the end of the Oracle Series, you leave by boat, which is how LA begins. LA also says that Link was returning home from a training in another (training or journey part for sure, don't quote me on the other land part), and we know that LA and ALttP is the same Link, so it seems fitting for OS to be inbetween.
