Why? A little more story onto why it was destroyed, and why does the empreror want the survivors dead? Why do they have no place in society?

You need much more for this plot; you have given no information, no history...nothing.
You have not followed the rules requiered, a plot is not made of three lines.

Perhaps you could give some information and description on the village of Kint before it was destroyed and how it was then.

Then you may want to explain why it was destroyed, because I can see no explanation on that, therefore giving the RPGer's no information as to what they are up against and why.

How did these people survive and how come they have no place in society, and why does the emperor want them destroyed? (This would all come under 'why was the village destroyed')

Who is the emperor, why did he destroy the village, and furthermore who are these assassins bent on destroying you?

You also may want to use more commas instead of full stops as well.
