I use mum. I was taught that way...

But occaisionally, I spell it as mom.

I know craig spells it mom despite being english because that's just how they spell it in Birmingham, or just north of the river..freaks X3

I use both! XD Sometimes I call her mum and sometimes I call her mom. When I want something, I call her mommy! XD Wow! I sound like a 5 year old! o.o XD

To me, it's mom all the way. I was born American, eat at McDonalds and celebrate on July 4th. Why not go all the way?
Okay, seriously, I was born saying mommy and taught it was o and not u. Okay, I think I got my point through.
Weirdly despite my location in the country, I dont have one bit of a New York accent, in fact I sound a little country.

I use "mum" around 1-3 grade.
Then I used "mom" from 4th grade till now.

But I call my mom, "mama" instead =P She likes it that way xD;

I use them interchangeably. Here in the US, the pronunciations are so similar that no-one's going to laugh at you for it like they would if you kept spelling 'colour' like that without dropping the 'u'.

I spell it mom. I use mum very rarely. I grew up with mom, you see. ^^;;;

I always spelled it and said it by Mom. I always thought that mum was just used as a joke or from that really annoying bad pun from that halloween town movie.

Mom for me. ^_^; Canadians derive it from the Americans, I suppose...though I don't really care either way. XD I used to say mommy, and sometimes I say mother...and I know I do, I just can't remember any specific examples of it. oO;
