Sometimes, My PM Thing Will Say I Have An Unread Message, But When I Click It, There Are No Unread PM's In My Box, And It Says There Are 0! Does This Happen To Anyone Else? XD

Happens to me to actually...it's been like that for months and months...I've just gotten used to it...
I'm not sure why it does it...how many PM's do you have anyway? I doubt you have hundreds like I do, so my first reason for why this happens has gone out the window...

Yeah I Know. Me Too, I've Just Dealt With It. I Let Them Build Up To 150, And then Delete All Of Them. Right Before I Made This Thread, It Was 24.

That doesn't happen to me andI use Internet Explorer... :\
Maybe you should use the pop up option in Edit Options... It says who the sender is...

Sometimes or always? If it's what I think it is (and if it's always) then try going to the last page in your inbox. You should see a PM with no title (if I remember right it didn't have a title) and no name of the member who sent it. Delete it and that should fix it.
If it's not that and if you got folders then you might have moved an unread PM to one of the folders.

Hmm.. It Happens Very Frequently. I'll Try It Next Time It Happens.. But When I Click To See What The PM Is, It Says I Have No Unread PM's, And The Total PM Number Goes Up By One..

o_O I'm pretty sure it's a caching problem.
A screencap (Print Screen, paste into image program, save and upload) would be appreciated~

I agree that it was caching too. Lets sum it up:
The last time you opened the PC Index, it showed that you had 1 new unread message. Since you opened it newly, your browser cached it.
So the next time you get back to the PC Index, (this has to do with offline mode / working offline IE) you are shown that cached page, instead of a refreshed new one. So naturally, you'll see that the 1 new unread message is written there, and you'll click it thinking that there really IS a PM, when there's not.
Hope that explains it. Only way to solve this, is to ALWAYS refresh the index pages.

Take Andy's solution seriously--that's happened to me twice and the date on that PM was something like 1964...hence why it was at the very end of my PM box. That certainly wasn't a caching thing because it happened no matter what the computer I was on. XP

...1964? Well, that mean's there's definately a database problem here. I think.
Then again, caching would also do that to you.

Meh, then its database. I'm sure of it. Well, then an admin better take another look.

I can't duplicate your problem, nor have I seen it... turn off page caching and then do ctrl+f5 to force reload.
