Custom Avvy and sigs

Are custom avvys only for mods and admins? And are there any restrictions on siggys i should know about, i couldn't find many links to rules.

No normal members can also have, just go to the art gallery, in the graphics section

And as said above anyone can have custom avatars, but nothing profane and it must be 130px by 130px or smaller.

Of course you can have your own custom avatar! Better than that of... *coughGreenForumcough* hehe...

Meh, just use them. There's only a 130x130 size restriction on them. Simply put like that.

you don't need to ask you just look at User Cp And Go Edit Avatar And It Will Have Custom already^_^
