Suggestion: Multimedia corner

I was wondering if we could make a Multimedia section for people to show off any audio and video creations they made...

Actually this is a really good idea, I was thinking about making a singing thread and it would go perfect there. And there have been multiple videos that have been posted at PC so. I think this is a great idea.

It could be a subforum of other entertainment.

i would assume its fine so long no one don't put any illegal stuff on there...or stuff that isn't really theirs, and claim it to be theirs(stealing/plaigerizing) meh dunno might work

I was hoping to share some "remixes" of the FR/LG music I made...and a Multimedia forum ould be perfect...users can also get help on making audio and video creations in such a forum.

Yeah and we could post tutorials on like how to make videos with programs already on most computers like Windows movie maker...

But yeah, I like the idea as well. If it's fan made things like music videos and clips it might go better as a sub under art or something.

I agree. It gives the members more opportunity to share more with others. I could think of anywhere else to put it besides art, or maybe it's own forum(highly doubt).

Under art, I feel would be a good idea to put a subforum like this. I make videos and stuff quite a bit now, so I wouldn't mind sharing them and stuff.

No... I feel that our art sub-forum is like gfxs related, and not general art.

So I think that it would be waaaay better if it would be under Other Entertainment.

I think it would do well under OE as well, and give it some extra visitations :3
Although art would really be the category it would fall under, it is pretty crowded as a forum and OE does cover music etc..but then again if people were creating flash movies those would be difficult to justify as belonging in OE..
I'd say OE just for the sake of giving it a new sub since art is crowded, but then again it should belong in art ^^;

It looks as though it will become a new sub of art called 'My Multimedia' or something similar (we're having final discussions in HQ), so it should be around soon enough :3

How about you make a new forum named Multimedia and Arts, and make Art Gallery a subforum of it?

While we're on that subject, is there any chance this forum could be placed under the Other Games and Entertainment category? Since posting multimedia isn't what I'd call 'offtopic discussion'. But this is irrelevant, so disregard if you wish~

I don't see many "homemade" multimedia threads as it is now. o_o What's wrong with just using the current art or entertainment forum to post it? If a lot of people have media like this to share, then I can see considering it, but as of now I don't really see a point in having one.

Some kids'll probably wanna show off their movies, or someone want to sing up something, or something like that. The forum just needs to be there. However, if ya'll have confusion.. or.. more like hesitation, you can always keep it as a trial or something. But that's my idea anyway.
