What do you think of it lately? I have already see people with it and it's selling great. It seem okay to me. But how far do you think it would go ,and what are the real "Pros" and "Cons" you see of it?

I hearby declare this the dumbest thing Nintendo has ever made. Even though the "smaller is better" thing is now popular(supposably) everyone has got to do it. The DS was fine, how could they expect to compete with the PSP though. It does so much more obviously. I don't really care for the new Micro though. If i were to buy another handheld gaming system made by Nintendo it would be the DS over all.
Here's a picture of it if you have yet to see it.

Just to throw a little facts out there. The Nintendo has sold more DS systems then Sony's PSP.
I'm not going to get one. But I truely truely am thinking about it. I know I don't need one, I rarely play my GBA anymore, and I also got a DS and SP (as well as a GBA). I don't need it, but I would like to have one just to have one (saying I got all three GBAs is something). I think most people will be buying this just to collect it, or want to see the clearness of the screen etc.

What sucks about the Micro is that it can only play GBA games, not GB or GBC games.

Well it'd be larger and cost more if it did play GB/C games like the GBA and SP.

I think the reason they went ahewad and skipped over the whole GB/C thing is because hardly anyone plays them anymore. If they do anyways, they most likely have a GB/C to play them on. I wouldn't buy the Micro though, for reason such as it can be easily broken. I'd get the DS if anything...

This is such crap. I still play my japanese DBZ game for Gameboy Color XD Micro seems really stupid. It's way too small. You'll have to squint to read the text. And my sight is bad enough as it is. XD

I agree with Kevin, but I also think that it is very redundant. There is no point to come out with a THIRD GBA that does all the same things the others do. I never upgraded my GBA to an SP, because there really isn't a point. It is basically just wasting money.

The GBA to SP thing was an upgrade, since it was easier to carry around cause it folds, and it has a built in light. But SP to Micro is like a downgrade. Way to small and only plays GBA games.

It seems cool.
I even entered a comp that had it as a prize. I hope I win...
I can't wait to see how small it really is.

The price Nintendo are asking for it is crazy. When I have a bit of money to throw around next year I may buy one, if only for the snazzy faceplate which is coming along with Final Fantasy IV.

its only $100! thats cheaper than the GBA or GBASP was at launch (and probably cheaper than the DS will be for a while)
I might get it, only for the fact that I need a lighted screen handheld, and SP breaks easily with the joint, so I'm getting the micro, I would get the DS but I'm not interested... besides, I have little fingers ^^
edit: oops, acctually I think the GBA was 100$ at launch as well, my bad

It looks okay but kinda pointless. But from what I have heard, you can adjust the brightness. I wonder if you can use headphones on the Mirco unlike the SP.

It's £70 here which works out at around $125. You can buy an SP for the same price, and that plays twice the amount of games (GBC) and on a larger screen (which is now as well-lit as the GBM's).
I really did want to buy one, but not at that price. £40 ($70) would've sealed the deal for me.

truthfully how much it costs is no difference for me, since I plan on getting it for christmas, I also want it for the faceplates.
besides not many people play GBC games, the SP breaks much easier than the micro, once my friend has his SP, it feel on the floor, and now half the screen doesn't work.

That's the first I've heard about easy SP breakages O_o Still, the solution is to not drop it on the floor in the first place. I never have.
How do you know that not many people play GBC games on their Advance?
It was funny when I typed it.
