Have any of you had any...of course, you need to have a job to have angry customers...no actually I take that back, you could just be seeling some stuff at school and what not...but anyways, have you?
I did...just Yesterday, because I got called back to work for another two weeks...It was funny in all honesty XD
I work in the local superstore and one woman came through and paid with her credit card, but she forgot her PIN number, so she entered the wrong one, and this completelyblocked my credit card thing. But my suervisor Mair told me that everything was fine...so of course I stayed where I was.
The next customer who came through paid with a credit card also, and exactly the same thing happened. I apologized to her and asked Paul, who was just behind me if he could come and take a look for me.
He couldn't fix it and all the supervisors had gone to dinner now, so I went to Lucie at the customer service desk to ask her if she could call Mair over the tannwy, but she said she could handle it and came to help me.
Now of course, the customer was a bit Peeved and well...me and Luce were doing all we could and we were getting somewhere. But the customer only turned around to us and started yapping her mouth of at us.
"If you knew this was bloody broken then why didn't you move!"
...Maybe because I thought it was fine? x_x
Well me and Luce soon fixed it, and she was on her way, but not without a good dig...half of the things she said didn't really register in my brain because I chose to ignore her...I think if I had listened, I would have ended up mouthing off to her...and I didn't want that.
Blah...I hate angry customers, I mean, just cause I'm the one serving her, doesn't mean it's my fault the computer decides to go on the fritz...stupid *****.
Anyways, any of you had a bad experience with a angry customer?
