spam monkey V2, to get on the forums, you just go to the PokeCommunity home page and log on with your username and password if you are not logged in. It's that simple. Don't forget your password!
And no, a warning is not a good thing.

You can empty your PM Box by checkingthe checkbox by Messages: <message number here>, then go to Move to folder...>Delete
