what does the pokemons nature has to do with anything and srry 4 not knowing

Yes, natures affect the stats, EX: a pokemon with a Naive nature has +sp.atk and -sp.def while and adamant pokemon has +atk and -sp.atk, its to keep them balanced.

posting a team when the pokemon are really low levels is pretty pointless imo

Uhh, Naive is +Speed, -Sp.Def, Rash is +Sp.Attack,-Sp.Defense
