bascially all you need is max speed with a +Spd nature, the rest can go in to HP and defenses not that they matter much.

I wouldn't lead this guy as stuff with more than 273 Spd such as the common salamence starter will force you to switch out, also give smeagle a salac berry and make sure your HP is divisble by 4.

Jolly nature, 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 SDef and @Salac. Like Husk suggested, don't lead with this. Also, I don't really see what exactly you are going to BP to... mence has CB, while heracross and blaziken will get owned by a tyranitar, but meh.

lol no. tyranitar's sandstream will screw this up as it would kill heracross also. reversal in OU only works with exeggutor/ludicolo/kingdra support, really. I prefer Sky Uppercut/Overheat/Swords Dance/Rock Slide and @Lefties on this.

Tyranitar weak. Aerodactyl is going to 6-0 you as well, imo.
You lack a spinner, a p-hazer, a physical tank and a special sponge, so you might want to fix those, since all-out-offensive teams don't last too long. :/

No idea about Smeargle. I use a Mime Defend Pass and scopekill.

As for Zam, try either Zam with Psychic, CM and two Element Punches or Psychic, Reflect, Recover, and Fire Punch.
with CM is a CM Zam
with Reflect is an E4 Zam

Yes. Sub over Endure. By most is considered to work better than relying on the chance that an attack might or might not "OHKO" it. And what do you plan on accomplishing with thoise 2 EVs, when it takes 4 to make another stat point?

Zam doesn't need Psychic, so it's not lol. I've seen plenty of Zam's with 3 Elemetal Punches+CM. Zam can't really use any item without dieing. To fragile to use Lefties, and even with Trick+CB, one physical attack+CB boost, and he dies.

you have two choices with heracross.. CB or reversal. if you're going with reversal it's better to replace earthquake/megahorn with swordsdance, and consider hp rock/rockslide as alternatives.

hmm, another reversal'er? in which case you might want to make heracross CB. sandstorm ruins 2 of your pokemon(well, heracross to a lesser extent as it still has swordsdance to boost its attack).
