Here my problem i want to insert a image in my signature but the link is this D:\fred\Scyrandos 1.jpg and that make a smiley so can you desactive the smiley in the image insertion

You cant add an image to your signature directly from your computer...

Yes.
When you upload an image at imageshack for example, you will be given an [img] code to put in your posts or signature.

Same goes for every other thing you want to share on the forums.
Either in [img] or [URL] tags.

Yeah there are rules for Sig Images.
Images in total (i.e. added together) should not 500x300 pixels in area.
Below is a 500x300 image as a guideline:
