hey guys can u help me ? where can i find a pokeblock case on ruby coz my bro is realy stuck coz he cant go in safari zone wivout it? where can i find feebas and wat is on mirage island and how exactly does it appear?

This is the wrong forum for that kind of stuff - it belongs in the R/S/E section of the Handheld Platform Games section, not in Pokemon General.
Try posting your question in this thread (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=821) instead of making a new one, as well.
