Maybe you're using a skin that's being tweaked. Use Trick or Treat or one of the updated skins...

PokéLink is one of the layouts that works.
When you're in a thread reload the page. That should fix the quick reply (that is if the quick reply is what's wrong).

ok you can close this now, it was because i was in a bad skin
