need help with cutenews!!!

ok i use cutenews on my site (http://www.pokexd.uni.cc), but the problem is that the smilies won't show up why plz help

Did you upload all of the upload folder contents?

I would first redownload CuteNews, reinstall, and than if it continues not to work come back and ask me for more help.

Yeah and if you have a dark background they look really crappy. Just use regular text smileys if you have to: :) :D :P XD
