I think I need suggestions on how to make the moon more realistic. I don't have any rendering software, so I had to be content with Photoshop. Do you know how to get the perspective more accurate? Also, any suggestions on the glow from the lines? That is giving me a bit of problem; it's always either too saturated or undersaturated.

edit>Transform>Perspective... make sure you haven't rasterized the layer yet, and it won't blur. the bottom is a bit too soft... you've got to sharpen the end right there. the moon colors don't look really high-quality, a gif?

Mmm it's easier to shade with a dark brush than with a light brush. It was just adding texture.
