The layout's terrible... I hate those tiled backgrounds. o_O Nice idea, except that you've already got ANN for all that stuff anyway.

I know, the layout sucks, but I'm trying to make one.
And the tiled bg - when i get a layout I'll make a better bg.

Anyway, this is just the basics, when I get a job I'll try to buy a colohosts server and then, we shall be better than ANN.
(I got plans)

Really nothing there and you have no nav bar. My first impression was that it was a mini site just for people to click your google ads XD

Why do you need that much for hosting? You'd be better off with a plan from Elixant or somewhere. You don't need that much. o.O

Anyway, the "future" site will have all anime, manga, Jpop reviews ect..

Just because you're getting really expensive hosting doesn't mean that your site's gonna instantly become better than another huge site that's been around a lot longer. The hosting doesn't matter in making site more popular- it's the content and layout.

Neither of which you really have, at the moment. You're not going to be able to do it better than ANN, in any case. *sigh*

I don't like the layout that much. I'm not a big fan of anime either, but that is just my opinion. You seem to have a lot of posts that I didn't know what they where, turns out it was episodes of some sort.
