Does that mean it is experiencing downtime since normally people wouldn't ask someone whose server is down for webhosting because if it is down, there is no guarentee that it will stay online.

I don't think people would be willing to host someone's site unless it looks like it has potential... that's my opinion anyway.

I will give you:
1. 50 MB.
2. maybe PHP support
3. well... you might want to buy a domain name for it... unless you don't mind having www.<a number i don't know yet.com/whatever.
BTW, when i get a domain name, i will tell you right away, but, until then it'll need to have that stupid number thing... :(

1. Must be a site for any kind of animé, you get an extra 10 MB [60 MB total] if it is a pokemon site, and I like it.
