You can't it just shows up if.... wate you can get it by using the walk through
walls coad in the trading room or the battle room with an Action Relplay get
the coad from neoseeker.com/pokemon fire red cheats.

you can not catch missingno in any case (unless u CHEAT) and this should be closed like the old one shouldn't it?

Wherever you want, if that's what you really wanna do. Easy way to get him is putting in a wrong code on AR or something else.
