A dedicated server is a server you lease that is dedicated to you.

cPanel normally costs extra.

I use http://www.bizarre-host.com/ right now, i'm getting my own in the future. With bizarre-host I have c-panel, 1gig space, 2gig bandwith, php, mysql, cgi, email, subdomains, ect. all for just $20 anually.

I can't afford paid hosting, which annoys me since my site is on really bad free hosting.
