I've recently discovered that there are some really cool pokemon sprites in a cool new style. I have founds some, but can anyone give me a link where i can find more please? I've attached a couple to show what i mean.

Yes, please don't create new threads to ask general questions. The Spriters' Lounge is where you can post anything general about spriting that you need answered. I hope you will find what you need there. :)
