Mew is in LG at least. You have to beat the elite4 twleve time, then he is running around! Just go to (LINK REMOVED) and look in the cheats section for all the info!

I have beaten the Elite 4, 12+ times in LG and nothing like this has ever happened. It is false information. I even asked a couple people, and they said it didn't happen. If you would like to know how to get Mew you can ask in Simple Questions.
