These are the Mastery Islands. They are where all trainers go when they acquire 24 Gym Badges, and have beaten the Elite Four. They go there, to get 8 more Gym Badges, but from Master Gyms. These Gyms specialize in Dual Types of Pokemon, and the level succession is as follows.

1st Gym :: Level 50-54 Pokemon
2nd Gym :: Level 55-59 Pokemon
3rd Gym :: Level 60-64 Pokemon
4th Gym :: Level 65-69 Pokemon
5th Gym :: Level 70-74 Pokemon
6th Gym :: Level 75-79 Pokemon
7th Gym :: Level 80-90 Pokemon
8th Gym :: Level 91-100 Pokemon

I remade the map, making more islands, and adding in a couple of valleys. One will have a city in it, and one will just be a big field full of wild Pokemon. It is also inside of a Map Interface in the Pokedex 4.0, which will have a Phone, Map, and of course a Pokedex in it.

Maps are VERY easy to do with a program that utilizes layers and filling selections, such as Photoshop CS2 (What I have).
