What legendary pokemon is hardest to catch?

From the lugia, regice, (steel), rayquaza, mewtwo, latios, (as), entei, raikou, what is the hardest?

I think the hardest and longest to catch is the three regi-:rambo:

I have never ever owned a raquaza as I cannot catch the bleeding thing. (Btw I never use my masterball).

I have to go with mewtwo because with his high special attack you only have about 20 turns to catch it which most of the time is not enoguh. And his recover really makes me made but I have caught every legendary pokemon without a master ball except raikou and entei

I'd say the three Guardians of Ho-oh, because of Roar and/or fleeing. Of course the Regis are a pain because of their strength and tenacity but at least they are stationary.

So yeah. That's my choice.

I'd say Regice. It took me over 5 hours to catch it!!!!! But I ended up catching it with a regular Pokeball.

It had 2 be :mew2: .....rayquaza was hard 2 but not as hard as mewtwo.

Mewtwo!! If you don't have a Master Ball he is very hard to catch!! He killed all my pokemon O_o

And he always uses "Recover" Plus he is extremely stubborn >_>

So Yes~ In my opinion Mewtwo is the hardest to catch.

Its gotta be the regis cuz if you freeze mewtwo at low health a ultra ball does the trick and ho-oh is rather ezy so the regis are my vote.

By personal experience the three Regi's were the hardest.

Probably because I had a bad headache while trying to catch them.

I voted the three Regis, they are the most annoying Pokemon when it comes to catching them, but Regice is the hardest.
