When I was in the ruins of Alph, I wanted some radio and came to a wierd channel. Does ANYONE know what it is?! (Uhh... I think this is only for Crystal,
but I don't know..)

They probably just put it in there as a little extra. A few people mention it in different places.
the music sounds all random and supid. Maybe it's the unowns idea of good music...

for those who dont know while in the ruins of alf you put the radio bar all the way to the right then moving it left 1 place and there will be a chanel called ????? it doubles your chance of finding unown

You don't need a special item. It's automatically there when you go to the Ruins of Alph,but you can only listen to it there.
