is there any other pokemon games ''ANY at ALL'' like ruby ect...
where the pokemon will actually follow you as in pokemon yellow around 8 or more years ago>?

Only pokemon yellow allows pikachu to follow you about... though there's going to be a remake of yellow edition for GBA i think (thunder yellow?)
