To tell you the truth, I can't chose. Both of them are really interesting and deep as characters, and they balance eachother out.

Think about it, Kyo tries hard to fit it and for people to like him. He yearns for the sort of acceptance and love that Yuki has. And on the flipside, Yuki wants what Kyo (sort of) has, and that's individuality (although unintended) and some sort of seperation from the rest.

They're both jealous of what the other has, and they clash because of it. And even if the rivalry is more one-sided, neither of them would really be able to function on their own.

See, in a way they balance eachother out and push eachother. It's the perfect rivalry/relationship. *nods*

Not to mention, they BOTH have pretty traumatizing pasts. In the looks factor, of course, I STILL can't choose. Kyo is so handsome, and Yuki is just beautiful ^o^

Paigey likes Yuki~ ;p Kyo's over rated to me, like there we need more "nekos" with bad boy looks, anger problems, and troubled past. I like the fact that Yuki looks like a girl, that's no reason to dislike a character, he's pretty. You wouldn't exspect him to be able to kick Kyo's arse, and be as modest as he is. I think that the modern day prince-like thing is nifty, and his character is over looked.

Yuki's okay, but he still doesn't come to second favorite guy character...that would be Hatsuharu because of his interesting sense of style and the fact that he can be a real sweetie when not Black. Then it would be Yuki. I think Yuki is perfectly fine...I mean, he is beautiful and he is a sweetheart through-and-through. But the fact that he is modest is the reason why I don't really care for him...but if he was real and in our school...hmm, then maybe...maybe...

Kyo gets my vote because...heck, we need more hotheaded red-heads around, don't we...(points to self)? And girlie men aren't up to my taste as much as more masculine men, though Yuki is absolutely gorgeous! The fact is, if either of them were real there would be no doubt that I would be in love with both of them! ^.^

Anyways, Kyo. Easily. I see him as a more well-rounded character on the whole, rather than Yuki. Kyo is more outspoken, so I identify better with him in that regard, plus his hidden sweet side is so... sweet. I mean, with Yuki, it's an all-the-time thing, with Kyo, it's more of a "Wow! That's so awesome!" You just notice it more and it makes those gestures all the more meaningful.

Plus, he's just better looking.

From the Manga, Yuki's character, esspecially right now, is so deep and haunting (We all know what Kyo is but Yuki's past is shrouded in an abusive secrecy) that it's... enticing.

But in the Anime, Kyo (or Hari. =3 LUFF HARI PEOPLES) had more character plot by far

I've read up to book twelve...>.< and the 13th is coming out in April... "DARN YOU!!!!" I'm the sort of person who would not read the manga online 'cause, well...this is the sort of person who wouldn't DARE watch a bootleg of any movie.

Personally, I own the manga AND the anime, and if you had to go with one or the other, go with the manga. The last three episodes just PEEVED THE HELL OUT OF ME! >.< It took SO long to wrap up the "true form" bit...and every character was in it. Akito, Yuki, Shigure...and even Hana and Uo were in it...NO! It was only supposed to be Tohru and Kyo...that's it! -stops self before she goes TOTALLY off-topic.

As I've stated before, Yuki is a perfectly fine character who has such good looks -mrf, I wish I was as pretty as him >.<- But I prefer Kyo over Yuki because...yeah, Yuki just isn't the sort of character I like as an anime-crush. Hey, we all have to have an anime-crush! ^.^ But, though most of Kyo's past has been cleared up...there's a connection between him an Kyoko-san's death. I JUST KNOW IT! >.<

I voted Yuki. I've always liked him better. His personality is more attractive to me, the intelligent, quiet type. I find him to be an unappreciated character.

OMFG, I SO AGREE!!!! I got the box set for chrissy and those episodes just...ticked me off. What the HOLY HELL was with the scene with Akito? The F?!? And Hana and Uo?!? Dear god, it was infuriating. The book made me cry...-sighs- I was reading it at home while my family was watching a movie...and I got up to that part and...I CRIED! Tears ran down my face and my sister was the first to see that happen. She was like, "WTF?" and then my parents were, too...
