Kanto: I love the whole 2 B.A. Master CD. It still is one of my favorite CDs but I'm torn between Viridian City/2 B.A. Master/Double Trouble/Pokerap, it was all good.

I'll re-edit this with the respective lyrics once I find them.

Johto: Too airy and light pop. But I do share a fondness for You, Me, and Pokemon and If You Really Wanna Play, the song omitted in the 3rd movie score transplant. Pity, it's one of my all time favorites.

You want to get into semantics? Well, technically soundtrack could mean what I said as I buy soundtracks or if you really want to get nitpicky, they'd be called scores but I'm focusing on your thread title wording, you said soundtrack, hence why I thought you mentioned the multiple variety of the CDs, say, as opposed to saying favorite song(s), which is what this turned out to be, and thus not be as confusing.

And wikipedia isn't the most reliable thing on Earth. Bah. Sometimes it's vaild, sometimes it's wrong.

Anyways, out of the three CDs I have (2.B.A. Master, Totally Pokémon, and Pokémon Christmas Bash), I'd have to say that Together Forever is one of them. Personally, I like all three CDs though I'd have to agree with Dark Weezing with the fact that the first CD is the best.

Well I don't have a favourite soundtrack, as I don't own any CD's. I do have a couple favourite songs though. one of witch is 'To Know the Unknown', by someone I can't remember. I don't know if it was on a CD, I just remember hearing it at the end of the movie during the credits (yes I'm weird I watched the credits). I also loved The Legend Comes to life. An all instrumental song, typical me. If you can't guess its the song at the end of The Power of One, when lugia is supposed to be singing and that . . . girl plays it with her shell thingy.
