The Pika Club has long been an web-based online RPG that allows you to capture/raise etc Pokémon and participate in a community of other trainers. Now I would like to take this one step further for Version 4 and make it into the world's first (to my knowledge) Pokémon MMORPG. It's still in very early stages but I've some very early screenshots (it's in development right now, hence an odd door in the middle of nowhere)

I'm looking for people to help me take this further. I am mainly looking for people to help me create graphics - as you can see right now, I'm using Ruby/Sapphire sprites but a lot of custom stuff would be cool. Even so, if you're interested and can lend a hand in anyway, feel free to offer :D

Screens look okay. The thought of dozens of players squashed up in a pokemon town though rather.. *sweatdrops* Good luck.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

Firstly, sorry about the control picture, I've now got rid of it. The registration system is a bit of a mess right now as there are actually two sign-up sheets thanks to some problems a while ago that I've yet to sort out, but anyway...

Thanks for all the positive replies so far everyone and for everyone that has offered help! This game uses Gamemaker 6.0 (registered). I don't check this website often but I've set it so that I get sent an email upon recieving a PM, if you would like to offer me help please feel free to send me a PM explaining what you wish to do and we can go from there. Thanks again everyone!

Sorry for the double post but I've an announcement to make! This is simply copy and pasted from an announcement on my forum, which uses phpBB so if the BBCode doesn't match up to whatever VBulletin uses, that's why.

News of The Pika Club Version 4 seems to have perked many peoples' ears. Right now I am offering a taster of what is to come - I am releasing a stripped down version of the RPG, which is essentially just a chat system with a mini-game but it does give a nice little idea of what is to come. In essence you can do the following:
Talk to NPCs
Watch some cool fireowkrs (particle effects really )
Walk around a small town, go into a house and into another little area, showing off teleporting
See some wild Pokémon moving around as they get on with their lives
Talk to other human players
Play three levels of Pokémon breakout :-D

To install: Visit http://www.thepikaclub.com/web/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=32 and download the file. Make sure when you extract the .zip file that the .dll files are in the same folder as the .exe or it will not work. Then run the .exe and immediately press F1 for detailed information on controls/what to do etc etc.

Have fun!
