Yoshikawa Haruo was born in magical family, but he is a quite common boy, and doesn’t have any magical power. One day, Ayumi, a daughter of Mamiya, a historic family in magical world, appears. According to her, she was cursed when she looked into the fortune mirror. The only person who breaks the curse is Haruo who was reflected in the mirror with her. Ayumi became a maid of Yoshikawa, and she begins to make approaches to him. On the other hand, three sisters, Maika, Chinatsu, and Haruno, are trying to help him from her. Because Haruo doesn’t know the three sisters were witches, only he is out of the picture. However, Ayumi often makes troubles not only home but also in school, and he is involved in the troubles without his will. Furthermore, Kurosu Yuri who is the student leader and loves Haruo secretly, and Nijihara Masuzu, an exorcist girl who has a power to expel them, join the fight and love-battle is getting hotter.

The story takes place in an ordinary Japanese town, Fuyuki City. Hidden from society, there has been a deadly war going on in this town. Seven sorcerers known as "Masters" summon a powerful familiar called "Servants" and they all fight each other till the last one. The last one is said to attain the Holy Grail which will grant them a wish. Only a few knows when this War started and what the Holy Grail is, but the war was about to begin again this year.
The main character is Emiya Shirou, who lost his parents in a fire and was adopted by a man who called himself a sorcerer. Admiring his step father, he has been training himself to be a sorcerer. However, he had no talent and he could barely use one type of sorcery. His step father has already passed away, and today he's a sorcerer without any skills or knowledge. He is involved in the War of the Holy Grail when he accidentally summons Saber, who is said to be the strongest servant of all...

Not a clue about the storyline, what makes this show stand out is that it will take a new approach on anime by mixing it with live action.

Second Lieutenant, Uchida Kazuhiro, is a new helicopter pilot. However what he really wanted to be was a fighter pilot to fly at supersonic speed in stratosphere. But he faced a harsh reality. During the pilot training, he was transferred to the rescue helicopter course. Now, he is working for the Komatsu Rescue Squad whose mission is only rescue.
At first he is depressed because he is assigned to the position that he doesn’t wish. But, joining various missions, for example, rescue of airplane accidents, missing in mountains, earthquakes, and so forth, he gradually thinks it a challenging job.
