Chidori or Rasegan?

Well, chidori or Rasegan. Naruto's strongest attack or Sasuke's? Do you even know what I'm talking about?

Sasuke uses Chidori and he's the black haired one, (if you couldn't tell from my sig ;P)
Naruto uses Rasegan and he's the blonde.
