Normally, I have found that this team was just about perfect, easily the best I ever made. It seemed to be able to counter just about any other combination on a team. So I haven't edited it in a long time due to its success, but now it seems I have a huge Zapdos weakness, an annoying Gengar and Dusclop weakness, and a Magneton weakness as well.

Metagross @ Choice Band
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 76 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Def / 136 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Meteor Mash
- Shadow Ball

It seems like I have to switch this out on the first turn of every battle, so I'll take suggestions for another starter.

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 156 HP / 176 Def / 16 Spd / 160 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Frustration
- Rest
- Shadow Ball

Is mainly responsible for taking special hits and is often the pokemon that wins the battle for me. Without Shadow Ball, my weakness to ghosts is gigantic, but I'm finding the common Metagross switchin very annoying.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 196 HP / 108 Atk / 192 Def / 12 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes

Takes physical hits and lays down spikes.

Milotic (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Def / 52 Spd / 92 SAtk / 20 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hypnosis
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Surf

Can take non-effective special hits like nothing. I also find it easy to switch into a WoW.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 132 HP / 56 Def / 128 Spd / 136 SAtk / 56 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Light Screen
- Roar
- Thunderbolt

Can stall an enemy Zapdos for a while, but can't switch into a thunderbolt. I'm also thinking I need to up the Speed so it compete with others.

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide

Probably the pokemon I use the least on my team. If I ever need to sacrifice something, this is it. Will take suggestions for a new Pokemon or another version here.

Shadow Ball doesn't really cover anything imo, as a STAB'd MM only has 10 less power than a super effective SB, which is usually just enough to OHKO random psychics and Gengars. Rock Slide > SB for Zapdos. Also, giving spd EVs to meta is pointless, so put them into Def.

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers

Needs at least 204 HP EVs, and w/o a Careful nature, it won't be taking more than 3 T-bolts from Zapdos/Raikou/etc. so you might as well change Adamant to Careful.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 196 HP / 108 Atk / 192 Def / 12 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes

Takes physical hits and lays down spikes.

Milotic (M) @ Leftovers

- Hypnosis

Has no staying power because it doesn't have suficient(sp?) HP. I've found the 212 HP / 236 Def / 4 Spd / 56 SAtk spread to be working fine on this. Use Bold nature.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 132 HP / 56 Def / 128 Spd / 136 SAtk / 56 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Light Screen
- Roar
- Thunderbolt

Can stall an enemy Zapdos for a while, but can't switch into a thunderbolt. I'm also thinking I need to up the Speed so it compete with others.
Zapdos really isn't a good p-hazer. If you want it to force switches, then change Roar to Metal Sound. Lead with this.

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide

Probably the pokemon I use the least on my team. If I ever need to sacrifice something, this is it. Will take suggestions for a new Pokemon or another version here.
Max Spd on DDmence is pointless, 140 Spd is enough (outspeeds Adamant Heracross) and put the rest in HP and Def.

Roar doesn't really go on Zapdos, but it's the basis of Pokemon tanking as we know it. And not to be mean,I think team rating topics should recieve more specific help than "it's a well raised team," especially when there is no "raising" of Netbattle teams.

As for the team, You might wanna consider Fire Blast/Hydro Pump over Rock Slide to catch Skarm off guard, which will pretty much walls this team once Zapdos is gone. In that case, you might want stalkerzappy to make sure that doesn't happen.
