i tried to make a custom avatar but it wasnt one of the 3 types, i used microsoft paint how can i convert it to be an eligable avatar? :confused: :tired: :\

For Miscosft Paint v5.1 and Up (Comes with WinXP) :

File >>> Save As >>> Save As Type >>> PNG (*.PNG)


Other Versions:

Use the above steps. Instead of choosing PNG (*.PNG), choose JPG (*.JPG; *.JPEG; *.JPE; *.JFIF) or GIF (*.GIF).

Gif's cause discolouration, while jpg's cause a decrease in clarity. Png's cause no apparant decrease in quality.
