Which anime do you think has the best music?

I'm going to have to say Cowboy Bebop. There's nothing better than jazz for an anime that blends tragedy and action so perfectly, and anything Yoko Kanno touches turns to gold.

Something about the Superman-ish parts of the NGE score get to me too. I can't really put my finger on it.

as far as BG music goes, anything by Key or Kajiura Yuki (Mai HiME, Tsubasa Chronicle, Erementar Gerad), ones for Rozen Maiden, ARIA, Gundam SEED (Destiny), and Black Cat also turned out well
but nonetheless i like Piano and Violin so meh

oh ya Vocals, Tsubasa, Black Cat, Erementar Gerad had good OP/EDs, ARIA had really good, Rozen Maiden was crazy XD, SEED, Destiny, and Shakugan no Shana (course this is just a few)

Best Vocals in general goes to Galaxy Angel though even though only like 1/100th of em were actually played in the anime XD

From the poll, I really don't have a favorite there =| But Inuyasha and FMA has some okay tunes...

Otherwise, my most favorite is FLCL. Gosh I love stuffing the music to my head constantly XDDDD
I also like a bunch of different .hack//sign and Ghost in the Shell music ^^ Noir has some pretty good tunes too...

Out of the choices I say Inuyasha has the best overall but in the end I personally love the music of Cowboy Bebop.

Though I will say the choices you offered are varied a bit as Inuyasha's and Naruto's music is more oriented for action for obvious reasons where as Pokémon has more upbeat music geared to younger audiences and FMA has a bit of both due to the frequent comedic elements in it.

I would have answered FmA even without the poll, I think. Of course, when I talk music, it's the Japanese versions not the dub. FmA has instantly recognisable BGM and great OP/ED songs... PORNO GRAFFITI FTW! Digimon's good too, Tamers and Frontier in particular.

I think Sailor Moon, they have BGM for all sorts of occasions and definitely rises to it. And the singles/songs are certainly amusing as well albeit a paucity at times, I speak of course of the opening themes.

Of the list, Pokemon, since they do got some themes with the openings/endings but that's about it.

I chose Full Metal Alchemist. :3 I love a lot of the songs in that anime, most notably the ones sung by L'arc en Ciel...omgosh they're hawt! XD *ahem* So yeah, I just like the style of the music and the way it flows and such, so pretty~ <3

I picked FMA, since I have most of my music on my Ipod and PSP from the show *cougcoughthanksRukario639coughcough*, my fave songs are Rewrite(Good SONG), and and I Am. I also like some Inuyasha music, like My Will(MY fave), and Come. I also like the music from the movies.
