Blissey will attempt to AT the guys I burned, so I assume it'll stay in at least once

Well then I'm sure it will Ice Beam or switch. If it Ice Beams, A Taunt PP wasted, no big deal. It switch, I go on about my business, pit Gengar against Blissey later on in the game, and WoW on the switch.
