Deoxys-F doesn’t need Hasty nature or even max speed. Make it Modest and give it max Sp. Attack so that it can badly hurt stuff even without Petaya Berry.

You’ll still want plenty of Defense so it’ll survive random physical attacks thrown at you. Besides, you have Calm Mind to boost your Sp. Defense.

Consider Overheat over Body Slam. Be careful that it’s Drought doesn’t clash with your team. Thunder’s accuracy is lowered and you have two of those.

Pursuit over Shadow Ball. It’s more effective against enemy Deoxys-F and Shedinja since they’ll switch out and Pursuit kills them before the switch.
