Hey, i was wanting some input on this team, you know, rate on scale of 1 to 10, send some suggestive movesets, anything u think would help. This is my first team :D.

looks pretty good for an in-game competitve battling team. Give Omastar Petaya Berry since it SHOULD have Swift Swim. Dusclops would benefit more with Rest or Pain Split over Mean Look IMO. But juding by the fact that you might be the only one in your neighborhood EV training, Dusclops might not die anyway =/. But still consider Rest over Mean Look or c.Ray. Miltank doesn't really need Body Slam AND T-Wave, so I'd suggest Shadow Ball over T-Wave or Seismic Toss over Body Slam just in case anyone you know knows what a MCGar is.

I don’t like your EV sets, stuff like 252/129/129 are way too simplistic.

Omastar doesn’t need Sp. Def EVs. It’s not like its going to survive Electric or Grass attacks anyways (and you should be able to kill off most Electrics with your STAB+Rain Dance+Hydro Pump). I’d add more into Speed because even an Omastar with perfect speed needs around 168 to outrun the likes of Timid Jolteon and Jolly Aerodactyl. Then put the leftovers into HP.

For Machamp, concentrate on HP, since HP increase both defenses at the same time.

Torkoal overall is meh as a tank and Toxic just isn’t very useful in the competitive realm. Replace it with Yawn to better force switches.

Miltank is good, but you should have given it a Bold nature. Anyways, like Synchronize said, give it Shadow Ball over T-Wave since Miltank, unlike Blissey, can actually attack, And you’ll want some EVs in Attack.

Give Dusclops a lot more Defense since you already have a Careful Nature .

Overall this is pretty good for in-game. The minor changes will help, but it’s already solid. 8/10

Yeah, I revised my team taking into account your suggestions, but i'm a little unsure about the Ev's. Heres my revised team

I changed some Ev's and a move. I thought this guy was to be a trapper who then let his opponents status conditions eat away at his life while Dusclops just sits around.

Wait, I meant to say Impish on Miltank lol. That way, you aren’t decreasing your attack.

Hmmm, for physical walls, the most popular is Skarmory. Forretress is another one. Cloyster too, but you already have 2 Waters so it’s not needed. Weezing and Donphan are also good choices.

I’d say Donphan. You need another physical attacker on your team and Donphan can fit both jobs. A good moveset would be Earthquake/Rock Slide/Rapid Spin/Roar, but you can replace Rapid Spin with Rest if you’re not afraid of Spikes.
Whatever Pokemon you choose, make all their natures are Impish and give them plenty of Defense and HP.

Also for EVs, make sure they are all divisible by 4. You’ll have two points leftover in the end but those are useless so don’t worry about them.
