In Desperate Need Of Help!

Hey Guys, i just found these forums, they are top notch, anyway i have started pokemon again with a couple of my mates, and just recently geting the hang of EV training i need help on constructing a team.

I have already started traing my Charmander in Speed and Special Attack EV's so i am not willing to change him. As with my Lapras in HP, Def and Sp Attack.

I also have 4 eevee's and i need movesets for Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon(not that i am going to use all of them as i am up for sujjestions)

I am in desperate need of help and ideas for pokemon in my team, if any of you guys could help me out it would be much appreciated. Keep in mind that i am starting again on Fire Red and am only restricted to the first 150 pokemon. Thanks a bunch!

Needs more Physical Sweeper. If you're planning on competitive battling Special Walls/Tanks (Snorlax, Blissey, Regice, Mantine) and Physical Walls/Tanks (Skarmory, Forretress, Cloyster, Donphan) are very useful. You might want a pokemon or two with Roar or Whirlwind.

Anyways, movesets for the Eeveelutions:

Vaporeon
Surf
Wish/Ice Beam
Substitute
Baton Pass

Jolteon
Thunderbolt
Substitute
Baton Pass
Thunder Wave/Bite

Flareon
Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Return
Shadow Ball
Iron Tail

It’s suggested that you use Jolteon, since you already have a Water-type and there are much better physical sweeper than Flareon. Gyarados, Tauros, Aerodactyl, and Dragonite are all solid choices for the physical side. Weezing and Forretress are good physical walls. Then choose either Snorlax or Blissey for special walls.
