Her name is Sunflorazumarill. She can use any attack that either Sunflora or Azumarill can know. She also has the power to split into a regular Sunflora and Azumarill; like this:

Here's an alternate Sunkarill (Sunflorazumarill's prevolution) sprite. Also, you can have SUnflorazumarill be a character or a Trainer's Pokémon. (She'd go good with Jenna). In fact, you could make Sunkarill one of Jenna's first Pokémon and then have her evolve into Sunflorazumarill. It's all up to you.
