A solid moveset. If you want to ensure that your soon-to-be Venusaur will last even longer, give it Synthesis over Leech Seed, since it will restore more HP faster (Leech Seed is better in competitive battling).

Calm Mind is pretty much a given if you want a special attacking Hypno. Then give it an elemental punch (hint: Fire Punch is best, for Steel-types). Seismic Toss is also good, you can consider putting that over Hypnosis (since it’s accuracy is so bad and you already have a sleeper with Venusaur)

A really good Raichu. Too bad you need an event to legally get Surf, that would make this even better. So just go with Thunder Wave.

This is about as good as you can get with in-game Flareon. Return or Body Slam for the Normal attack. Flareon won’t like the recoil from Double-Edge since its defense is already pretty low. Flareon will like the paralysis from Body Slam so maybe go with that choice.

Modest please, although Bold isn’t a bad choice either. Lapras’ Sp. Defense is already high enough to resist even supereffective attacks and Timid is unneeded since a speed boost won’t be of much benefit. Hmmm, Psychic is really unnecessary since its other attacks handle every Pokemon already. Confuse Ray will do.

Yes, Shadow Ball is better. Also, it may have HP Ghost, but is it a 70 base power HP Ghost? The power of Hidden Power varies as well as its type and only Pokemon with near perfect stats can get full strength Hidden Powers.

and I am going to test to find raichu and venusaur mabey dugtrio's hidden power
