A solid team, seems semi-stallish although without Suicune or Blissey. Can’t spot any overwhelming weakness, but I’m pretty tired right now.

It looks like a CB set, but it has no CB! I'm sure you can predict well enough to fight with one
Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Def / 84 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Haze
- Ice Beam
- Surf

Suicune counter, I assume? Pretty standard
Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 196 HP / 60 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes
Standard
Donphan (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 196 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Roar
- Rock Slide
No, that's only 291 Attack, you need 96 EVs for 300. Maybe HP Rock over RS, since you won't be flinching much.
Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 160 HP / 60 Atk / 104 Def / 184 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge
- Rest
- Shadow Ball
- Sleep Talk
184 AND Careful is excessive. You only need around 68 for enough Sp. Defense with Careful (although 184 is about right if you're going Adamant. Choose either way)
Dusclops (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 28 Atk / 200 Def / 28 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Shadow Ball
- Sleep Talk
- Will-O-Wisp
VIL makes cool Pokemon. Maybe a tad more Attack, although it won't matter too much

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) I know this millionth mention does me no good but Lonely/Naughty over Adamant
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide
Needs DD somewhere, I suggest over RS
Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Def / 84 SAtk 252 HP/172 SD/84 SA
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk) Calm (SD+/ATK-)
- Haze
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Wish
YES! This is my set. Finally someone uses one of my sets. Though I prefer SD Vap over DEF Vap.
Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 196 HP / 60 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes
OK pretty much standard
Donphan (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 196 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk) Adamant (ATK+/SA-)
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin

Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge
- Rest
- Shadow Ball
- Sleep Talk
Once again off memory.
This works best with an SD passer. Curselax or powerlax over this.
Dusclops (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 28 Atk / 200 Def / 28 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk) WoW defends you so more SD and less DEF
- Rest C Ray
- Shadow Ball
- Sleep Talk Pain Split/Ice Beam
- Will-O-Wisp
Go to Calm, match new SD stat to current DEF, and go back to Impish
So VIL is cool for this one. Screws Hypnogars.
Never seen a hypnogar.
I'm not too happy with this team, but I wanted to see what you guys thought of it.
Overall 7.5-->8/10

Either go DD or CB imo.
Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Def / 84 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Haze
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Wish
uhhh, I don't really prefer Haze on this, but since this is your main way to stop Suicune, I guess it can work.
Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 196 HP / 60 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes
I'm going to contradict myself by saying the followings, but Skarm needs max hp. always.

I have to agree with e4prosucker on this, (only on the SD passer support comment though), as w/o SD support, this does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING other than just sitting there and taking hits. No EQ makes it just worse, as Metagross is on every ****ing OU team, and will just switch-in continously and wall you. So yeah, consider EQ somewhere.
Dusclops (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure

2 resttalkers is a bit too much imo, but eh, this set does work.
I'm not too happy with this team, but I wanted to see what you guys thought of it.
You're going to get stalled by Milotic to death, as you have no way to do over 50% damage to it, and will just recover off any damage. k, you have Snorlax and Vappy to stop it, but they can't beat it, unless they manage to stall it out of PP. Other than that, no glaring weaks. You seem to be lacking enough offense though.

It is CBeed, 'm just used to typing Leftovers for DD set.
YES! This is my set. Finally someone uses one of my sets. Though I prefer SD Vap over DEF Vap.
That's a standard set >_>.

Never even considered metagross. My lax set doesn't use EQ either but since Shadow Ball is a neutral hit it works well enough (Steel/Psy is 2/2=1).
This does need more offense.
Skarm can be dropped, because Donphan walls as well as Skarm AND can kill stuff. Maybe replace with a high speed special sweeper, such as Espy/Zam/Jolty/Zapdos. Espy will be your best bet though.
And please, use Reflect espy over CM Espy.
To deal with Meta using my Espy:
Meta comes in, switch in Donphan.
Predict his switch out and switch Espy in.
Use Reflect when Meta switches back in.
HP Fire and Meteor Mash are now both 2HKOs. Use Espy's speed to elim Meta.

I'm quuite sure Donphan doesn't wall as well as Skarm, and I'm quite sure Espeon can't switch into Metagross Meteor Mashes. Donphan takes on Metagross one-on-one anyway. Donphan is my spinner ans secondary phazer. Claydol/Starmie is about the only other good option in that slot

well seeing as how you have dusclops you could drop skarm for meta or jirachi or some offensive pokemon who resists normal, possibley even tar

He didn't say to switch into a Meteor Mash. He said switch into a switch. With Reflect it can kill Meta. e4's guys, including me, have all done it many times.

lol E4's guys. I pray for all you "students" of E4. It'll still take a shitload of damage, of which Donphan can shake off easier.
Btw, I found out that instead of Skarmory, I had Celebi >_>:
Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 240 HP / 132 Def / 136 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Leech Seed
- Perish Song
- Recover
Might not do as much as it would with Umbreon alongside it, but when I switch when the count drops to 2, it gets kinda easy to set stuff up. Also rids me of late game Curselaxes (ugh).
