Speech Writing Help

I am writing a speech because I'm running for S.A.C (Student Council) Grade 9 Representitive. I need some help on whet type of info I could put in. As I am not a really good writer.

Your speech depends on what kind of subject you'll be targetting...as in what you're going to be repesenting, the matter of consequences at hand, and perhaps your own thoughts/emotions...?

It's just a gr.9 student council election speech right? It doesn't have a very strict format so don't worry too much about it... Afterall, it's mostly about your connections with all the other students beforehand that really matters in these elections.
