I'm too tired to do EVs right now. For NB teams, go to your Team Builder and File->Export to Text. It gives you a text version of your team that you can copy and paste to ease our rating pain. Keep in mind that all pokemon should have a nature. Also keep in mind that we'll automatically assume that the team is level 100 unless you designate otherwise.

Yes, seriously, use File -> Export to text, and copy and paste it onto here. It’s much easier to read and you won’t have to spend time typing it all out. In fact, I’ll show you what the exported team looks like in my rating.

Also, never use Hardy or other neutral natures.

Weezing (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Atk / 208 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Haze
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split/Fire Blast
- Sludge Bomb

You’ve got the right idea with Haze and WoW, but a Weezing without attacks (other than Explosion) is a sad Weezing. I can see where you’re going with Taunt – it can counter Curselax. But that’s way too specialized for my taste. If you’re feeling brave, you can use Fire Blast against Skarmory, Forretress, and other Steels who would otherwise laugh in your face.

Medicham (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Pure Power
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Shadow Ball
- Rock Slide
- Fake Out
- Hi Jump Kick

Ok, here’s the deal: never use a Reversal or Flail Pokemon on the same team as a Tyranitar. Sandstream will kill you before you can do any major damage. The CB Medicham is your other alternative, and it rocks. 720 Attack is nothing to sneer at.

Cradily (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Suction Cups
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Atk / 80 Def / 56 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake/Barrier
- Toxic/Mirror Coat
- Recover

You actually have a standard Cradily there. I’ll give you another set that I really like. Barrier up to raise your defense, forcing opponents to use special attacks. When that happens, Mirror Coat them in their face. This set also takes advantage of Cradily’s Suction Cups, which is an awesome trait.

Cloyster (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 98 Def / 164 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Beam/Explosion
- Surf

Well, you’ve got the Spiking down, but you neglected Cloyster’s other value – Spinning. If you want, you can try Explosion and make it Lax nature with a bit more attack.

Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Taunt

Wtf? Apicot Berry? Seriosuly, just use Leftovers. On your set it looks like you wanted to mix Boah and DDtar. Don’t do that please. Go with DDtar as it can be very devastating when set up.

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 88 HP / 216 Atk / 136 Def / 68 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Return/Body Slam
- Shadow Ball
- Curse
- Rest

OR

-Double-Edge
-Shadow Ball
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

Again, you were combining Curselax and SubPunchlax into one set, and that’s not very wise. The first set I gave you is the standard cursing Snorlax. The second one is Sleep Talk Snorlax, which has one advantage over Curselax – being that Zapdos can’t kill you in your sleep. Seriously, Metal Sound Zapdos can be really annoying as it negates most special walls. Oh yeah, feel free to replace Shadow Ball with Earthquake. You can handle Metagross and other Steels better. But you can’t touch Gengar. Hmm, decisions decisions…

I also need some help with evs.
You don’t have to follow the EVs I gave you. You can adjust differently, depending on whether you want to be more defensive or more offensive.

lol, I didnt see TTar there. told you I was tired. Tyranitar doesn't need that much speed though. I use 240 HP / 92 Atk / 176 Spd
