Download shuukan pokemon housou

a few of the episodes of shuukan pokemon housou (12 eps i think) are available for download on this site...no irc requried! I was getting pretty mad at all these people who download from irc and don't share them...I always have made it a point to share my pokemon housou and pocket monster episodes!

unfortunately i dont see pokemon kenkyuusha shigeru to fukkatsu no putera (reseracher shigeru & the revival of ptera) there, but i guess that's because it just came out last thursday when it aired. that ones really good i hope they add it soon!

On a side note, someone recently asked me to translate the episodse of shuukan pokemon houou, so i was considering doing that if there is real interest.

I know what you mean, the names on the site are confusing, and they are numbered weird. But from the titles here i can tell which ones they are so i can tell you their names. here are the episodes that are on the site:

So what are these episodes exactly?

Shuukan Pokemon Hosou are usually a reruns from episodes like "The best battles" or something like that. Sometimes, however Shuukan Pokemon Hosou airs a special. This is called a Shuukan Pokemon Hosou special or some would say a Hosou special.

The Hosou specials are sidestories from the regular Pokemon Advanced series. It tells about what is going on elsewhere while Ash and his friends are in the Houen region. For example, remember why Brock had to leave to home all of a sudden in the episode "Gotta catch'ya later" ? During Hosou episode 1 it is showned why Brock had to go home. His mom practically turned the Pewter City Gym into a water-Pokemon gym!

Before you all start screaming "Hey, Flint said Brock's mom passed away!", you should know that 4kids made that up. In the original Japanese version, Flint said that Brock's mom left.

Anyway, it was up to Brock to "rescure" the gym. Many characters who appear during different season made their comeback in these specials, like Casey, Misty, Richie, Tracey, Sakura, Butch & Casidy, Gary etc etc.

4Kids has appearently dicided not to dub these specials. I personally like these episode a lot and have seen them all. I don't see any reason why 4Kids shouldn't dub them as well. At this point there are 13 (some say 16, it all depends on how you count) of those episodes. All of them are in Japanese without any kind of subtitle. Although I have heard that subgroups are working on them, I haven't seen any releases made by those groups yet.

It looks like on average these take 16 hours to download for me...heh. Luckily it seems every time my computer disconnects and I attempt to restart the download, it picks up where it left off...that's convenient :P

If you're just getting sound then you need a video codec to make the video work, a friend of mine had the same problem with these files. I gave her one called "ffdshow" which solved the problem so try looking for that and installing it on your computer ^^

Yeah, I got Revenge Match at Cerulean Gym last night...I can't wait to watch it! But I can't download them very often...they take like 12-16 hours for me to download, and my sister gets really angry when the internet gets slowed down by the download :P

Open the program by clicking on the little striped cone icon.
Now go to "open". Browse utnil you find your .avi file.
Now open that .avi file. Then press OK.
It will start playing.

It says that the counter the page is using is being protected not the page itself. www.nedstat.com provides counter services. As for the video files not being availible, I think the owner was forced to take down the links but I don't know for sure. You might wanna ask the owner.
